Event Details

In this introduction to babysitting course, students will learn interviewing tips, communication skills, the stages of young babies and toddlers, safety and first aid tips, and feeding and caring for children.  A simple test will be administered at the completion of the course and certificates will be distributed. For ages 10-16. Amanda Tucker, the class instructor, holds a degree in Special Ed, Early Education and Child Psychology.  Students should bring paper, pen/pencil, and a lunch.  Registration required.
